D-9 Beverages Are the 3.2 Beer of Cannabis Drinks

Dear Client:  There's been a lot of confusion about what to do -- from a regulatory and route-to-market standpoint -- about hemp-derived intoxicating D-9 beverages. So let's recap.  Under the federal 2018 Farm Bill, hemp and its derivatives, including delta-9 THC, are federally legal as long as they contain no more than 0.3% THC by dry weight.   This reclassification removed hemp from the Controlled Substances Act, distinguishing it from marijuana. While the FDA has not approved the use of
