NBWA Calls for Enforcement Transparency from TTB

Dear Client:  As your editors parse through the mountain of public comments submitted by industry members as part of the TTB’s solicitation related to potential trade practice regulations, we wanted to flag the hefty 38-page filing the National Beer Wholesalers Association (NBWA) shared with us.  Written by the organization's general counsel, Paul Pisano, chief among the NBWA’s concerns as part of the Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking process is that the TTB engage in transparent enforcement and trade practice investigations.
