Reyes Adds 10th State With Agreement to Purchase Tennessee’s DET Distributing

Dear Client: Reyes Beer is adding another state to the footprint through which it peddles ~280 million annual cases: Tennessee.  This morning, the company announced an agreement to acquire "substantially all the assets" of DET Distributing in Nashville.  It will join Reyes Beer operations from nine other territories: California, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, South Carolina, Virginia and Washington, D.C.  ADDING 9 MILLION CASES OF STZ/MC/BOSTON ET AL.
