A-B Purchasing All of Crown Distributing in Washington

Dear Client: "Anheuser-Busch is purchasing the assets, including distribution rights, of Crown Distributing in Arlington, Washington. This agreement also includes the transition of Crown’s non-AB distribution rights, subject to supplier approval."  A-B was the 49% owner of Crown through a subsidiary called Wholesaler Equity Development Corp. or "Wedco"; it is "now purchasing the entire business," the company shared with BBD last night. Crown and its facility will become part of the existing AB ONE branch in Washington, "and there will
