Skokie Selling to Reyes, Lakeshore in Chicago

Dear Client:Skokie Valley Beverage, a wine/spirits/specialty beer house servicing the North/Northwest part of Chicagoland, has announced the decision to "break up and sell its business" to Reyes Beverage Group's Chicago Beverage Systems and Windy City outfits, as well as the Hand Family's Lakeshore Beverage. Sale closes on August 1, subject to supplier approval.
