Kohler Closes on Nash Acquisition

Dear Client:Friday, New Jersey's Kohler Distributing announced they'd completed acquisition for most of the suppliers and brands currently distributed by Nash Distributing Company. The deal is supposed to close Friday, with deliveries beginning the following Tuesday.
