Gavin Hattersley on Promo Splits to Economy Brands to FMB Longevity

Dear Client:A lot has happened at the nation's second-largest brewer in the 20 months since Gavin Hattersley took the reins at MillerCoors. Gavin laid out an ambitious goal of getting to growth by 2019 and has driven lots of change to make that a reality; all the while, he's helping MillerCoors move from a JV to a wholly owned subsidiary of Molson Coors.
