MillerCoors Files Motion to Dismiss Cali Class Action Suit

Dear Client: On Monday, MillerCoors filed a motion to dismiss the class action lawsuit San Diego's Evan Parent brought against them for supposedly misleading California's Blue Moon consumers. Recall that the suit alleged, among other things, that MillerCoors "makes more than 2.4 billion gallons of beer a year - about 12 times what the prevailing Brewers Association definition, for a craft brewer, allows" and that the brewer thus "falsely portrays the [Blue Moon] product as 'artfully crafted,' [notice they didn't
