BREAKING: Illinois Approves A-B’s Stake in City Beverage

Dear Client:In a 4-2, decision, the Illinois Liquor Control Commission ruled today that Anheuser-Busch may continue to hold an interest in four Illinois distributorships. A-B can continue to own its 30% stake in City Beverage through its WEDCO affiliate, said the Commission. This ends a long a winding road of litigation and rule-making.
