On Friday a blogger named Stefan Sharkansky (who helped write last year's failed privatization ballot proposal I-1100 which was backed by Costco), has filed a new spirits privatization initiative with Washington's secretary of state. The new initiative, I-1157 , will need more than 240,000 valid signatures by July 8.
