Texas “Bizzaro” Ruling Reversed

Dear Client:Almost two years ago to the date, a District Court in Dallas Texas issued a ruling on a lawsuit brought by an out-of-state retailer challenging the state's ban on out-of-state retailer direct shipping to consumers that we, at the time, called "bizzaro" (see BBD 01-15-08). In that ruling, the court decided that out-of-state retailers could indeed ship directly to Texas consumers.
