CDC Files Suit to Block Constellation, Mark Anthony Exits

Dear Client: Coors Distributing Company has made good on its promise to “fight” the recent departures of two of its biggest suppliers.  The Molson Coors-owned Denver distributor filed separate lawsuits against Constellation Brands and Mark Anthony Brands in Denver District Court late last week, seeking preliminary injunctions to temporarily block both suppliers from pulling their brands while the underlying disputes work their way toward arbitration.
