Precept Wine & Spirits Purchases Miller Family Wine Co. Portfolio 

Dear Client:  Seattle-based Precept Wine & Spirits announced today that it has acquired the Miller Family Wine Company brand portfolio of wines. The acquisition includes brand trademarks, finished goods inventory, bulk wine, and Miller's private label business.
