KEG 1 to Purchase RNDC’s Kentucky Biz

Dear Client:  KEG 1 River City (K1RC), in conjunction with K1 Management Services, announced today that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Republic National Distributing Company's assets in Kentucky.
