Reyes in “Active Discussions” With RNDC in Seven Markets

Dear Client:  Breaking: We expected something like this could happen, but we didn’t expect it would happen so soon. A Reyes spokesperson confirmed to BBD early this morning that it is in "active discussions with RNDC regarding potential business transactions" in seven markets. Those markets include Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, South Carolina, Virginia and Washington D.C. Of course Reyes is already in those markets, but transactions with RNDC would presumably give them full state coverage, where they don't already have
