Tito’s Acquires Majority Stake in Lalo Tequila

Dear Client: That's right, Tito's has made its first acquisition ever.  Tito's Handmade Vodka announced today it has entered into a "definitive agreement" to acquire a majority stake in Lalo Tequila. No financial details were disclosed.  Lalo Tequila is a fellow Austin, TX-born brand. It was founded in 2019 by Eduardo "Lalo" Gonzalez, David Carballido and Jim McDermott. The brand has grown "much like Tito's early days" through word-of-mouth, and it has also "emulated the Tito's ethos of resisting industry
