A-B Strikes Deal to Acquire A-B Brand Rights from Sound Beverage Distributors, along With Craft and Non-Alc

Dear Client: Anheuser-Busch has sold about a handful of its branch operations off in the last five years or so, but here and there, it picks something up – like today.  A-B says it has reached an agreement to purchase Bellingham, WA-based Sound Beverage Distributors' A-B brand distribution rights, as well as, notably, the rights for some of Sound's craft and non-alc brands, subject to supplier approval.
