Diageo Acquires Flavored Tequila Brand 21 Seeds

Dear Client:  This morning Diageo announced it has acquired infused tequila brand 21 Seeds. The acquisition was funded through existing cash resources. No other financial terms were disclosed.21 Seeds was founded in 2019 by three female entrepreneurs; ceo Kat Hantas, cfo Nicole Emanuel, and coo Sarika Singh.
