Constellation Fosters Category Growth with New Investment Arm

Constellation Brands, a company with a long history of scooping up popular alcohol beverage products, has unveiled a new division called Constellation Ventures. The venture capital division was formed to invest in new, up-and-coming beer, wine and spirits companies and technologies. Its first project is Crafthouse Cocktails, a spirits-based, ready-to-drink product founded by Charles Joly, a highly awarded mixologist from Chicago. Crafthouse was established in 2013 and is currently available in Illinois, Ohio, Michigan and Colorado. The product offerings include
