Wodka Vodka Owner Enters Talks with VnC Cocktails

Dear Client:Panache Beverages, the parent company of Wodka Vodka, says it has entered "in to material discussions" to acquire VnC Cocktails. A potential deal makes sense as VnC founder Shane McKillen and Panache's James Dale were previously in partnership together as the US importer of 42 Below. Recall 42 Below eventually sold to Bacardi in December 2006, ending the two's working relationship. "We are very excited to be engaged in this process with Panache and believe our history of success
