Craft brewers from around the country converged upon New Orleans to talk about our favorite subject: the beer business. Miller president Norman Adami, in what is becoming quite a prolific series of speeches on the US beer business, found the common ground that small brewers have with Miller-that is, fighting Anheuser-Busch, which Norman points out not only commands half the market, but over 70% of the profit pool.
