"In a move that will expand its footprint outside of Oregon and Washington, Columbia Distributing today announced it will purchase all assets of Mesa Beverage Co. based in Santa Rosa, California," Columbia announced today. Mesa represents a portfolio of more than 30 international, national and local beer, energy and water suppliers. The transaction is expected to close on October 31, 2015.
