Boening Bros. / Oak Beverages has settled its lawsuit against Yuengling filed earlier this year after Yuengling notified them of its decision to withdraw from the Metro New York market. You will recall that Boening had sought a permanent injunction (foregoing a preliminary injunction) for an order to prevent Yuengling from pulling out. Under the settlement, Yuengling has agreed to rescind that notice of withdrawal and to continue to supply its products to Oak and Boening, and Oak/Boening has agreed to drop their suit
