Florida is proving to be a burr in the saddle of the three billionaire major stockholders of AB InBev. As you'll recall, Jorge Paulo Lemann, Carlos Alberto da Veiga Sicupira, and Marcel Herrmann Telles, the largest shareholders of ABI, also are the major shareholders of the holding company which owns the Burger King chain in the US. And the Burger King chain, you'll no doubt recall, is testing a concept in Miami called the Whopper Bar, which serves beer and other alcohol beverages. Uh oh. You can see where this is going.
