Round two in the four year legal fight over state versus federal oversight of alcohol, one day after Repeal day, went to the feds. You'll recall that US Airways had previously argued that federal law could pre-empt a state law (requiring the airline to have a state liquor license to serve alcohol on flights in and out of New Mexico).
