As brewers across the nation prepare for their Fall frontline price increases, there have been a few hiccups. For one, there have been beer excise tax increases in Illinois, New York, North Carolina, Rhode Island, and Puerto Rico (which is Coors country). This can wreak havoc on planned increases.
