You may recall from last year the suit brought against MillerCoors in San Diego state court "on behalf of all consumers who purchased Blue Moon beer from a retailer within the state of California." In late October, we reported that a California federal judge "tentatively" dismissed the proposed class action against Blue Moon for its alleged "deceptive" comportment as a craft beer, at least as related to its name and supposed obscurance of MillerCoors's ownership.
