KEG 1, LLC, the company owned by 11 distributor principles, has acquired the Coors distributorship in Brownwood and Fredericksburg, Texas, from the Coleman family. KEG 1 O'Neal, LLC, a partnership between KEG 1, LLC and Scott and Don O'Neal from Mineral Wells, Texas, will technically be making the purchase.
