Katz’ Case Heading Back to Trial Court

Francine Katz, who served as a senior vice president at Anheuser-Busch before resigning her position in 2009 and filing a lawsuit alleging A-B discriminated against female employees, got a favorable opinion this morning in appeals court finding that Judge Neill acted appropriately previously in refusing to dismiss the lawsuit and to force the case into private arbitration, as dictated by her employment contract
