Imports up 4% for May; Mexican Beer up Only 1.6%
May imports were up, but not as robustly as in previous months: May was up almost 4% while YTD numbers were up almost 10%, to 13.3 million barrels total. Compare that to April's more than 7% growth, which had bolstered YTD up 11.3%. The previous months outpaced May as well.
