Heineken reported first half results this morning. Overall group revenue grew 2% organically in the first half of the year, with revenue per hectolitre up 1.1%. Beer volumes, up 1%, were partially driven by growth in the Americas, as well as in Asia Pacific, Africa and the Middle East.
