Distributors to DOJ: Keep Labatt Canadian

A group of upstate New York distributors, including Onondaga, Rochester Beer, McCraith Beverages, Owasco Beverage, Seneca Beverage, and Rocco Testani, authorized and directed attorney Drew Jaglom (who is speaking on a panel at the Beer Summit this Sunday) to write a letter (dated January 22, so before we knew who was buying LUSA) to the Department of Justice pointing out the folly of requiring that the buyer of Labatt USA to provide for brewing of the product after three years, particularly if the buyer moves production to the U.S.
