Dilly Dilly: Lots of New Faces and One Old Dog at A-B’s SAMCOM

Lots of fresh new faces presenting at A-B's Sales and Marketing Communications meeting this week. As usual your editor slid quietly into the back to bring you a few highlights. Among the newcomers is Michel Doukeris, the newly installed US chief, (who you'll recall replaced João Castro Neves late last year). Michel is a 21 year veteran who grew Budweiser in China and spearheaded efforts to make the global portfolio more premium. Unlike his predecessors, Michel's background is in sales, not finance, and his presentation mirrored that.
