Craft Brew Alliance has just announced plans to take a "minority 24.5% stake" in Miami's first craft production brewery, Wynwood Brewing Company. The brewer is on pace to do about 5,000 barrels by year's end and about 45% of their revs come from their taproom. Brewbound reports that the deal is valued at "less than $30 million." Well I should hope it's less!
