Constellation has just announced it has acquired a minority stake in Crafthouse Cocktails, which produces ready-to-drink, spirits-based cocktails. This acquisition represents the first project for Constellation Ventures, a newly-created corporate venture capital function within Constellation Brands' Growth organization, focused on identifying smaller-scale investment opportunities related to innovative concepts and emerging categories within beverage alcohol.
