Yesterday we reported on the Florida wholesalers' proposed declaratory statement which it filed with the Florida Division of Alcoholic Beverages, which makes the argument that Burger King and AB InBev has significant ownership overlap and as such Whopper Bars should not have alcohol licenses due to tied house laws. BBD has also obtained Burger King's proposed declaratory statement.
