This is not exactly a shocker, but interesting nonetheless: Bloomberg has just reported that SABMiller will ask U.K. regulators for another extension of deadline for formal offer from Anheuser-Busch InBev "as both sides want more time to shore up shareholder support and financing, according to people familiar with the negotiations."
