BBD atended the Center for Alcohol Policy symposium (2nd annual) in downtown Chicago, moderated by former Ohio AG Jim Petro. Last year's conference in Dallas was a somewhat subdued affair of lawyers and policy wonks. In fact, at the time I wasn't sure what the purpose of the CAP symposium was (it's a non-profit set up by the NBWA for the purpose of the exchange of responsible alcohol policy ideas)
