MillerCoors has sold its 1,400 acre brewery in Eden, NC to a demolition company based out of Greensboro, D.H. Griffin, for a paltry $2.75 million, according to a warranty deed unearthed by local paper Rockingham Now. Yes, that's not a typo: for about 3 million clams. That is basically just the value of the land. (However, we have since heard that there were other vendors who purchased some other assets on the site).
