It's Illinois redux. Kinda. You'll recall that Wisconsin distributors, MillerCoors, and retailer interests are moving a bill in the state that would prohibit brewers over 300k barrels a year from owning a distributorship, among other things, thus keeping A-B out of the branch business in the state. Even though the bill increases the cross-ownership threshold from 50k to 300k barrels, small brewers in the state have vociferously cried foul on the bill in local press.
